Product Focus: Box Frame
Without a doubt, the most popular wall art product at our studio in 2011 was the 16″ x 20″ Box Frame. This high quality product is a striking alternative to a traditional framed print.
The image sits level with the top of the 2″ frame, to give an image box effect. The frame moulding sits flush against the wall and is available in 9 colours.
There are 2 print options, lustre and metallic, both of which are finished with a laminate for extra durability. The framed images are delivered in a presentation box ready to hang.

Sexy New Year, Sexy New You!
As you may have read recently, just in time for Valentine’s Day, we are offering mini-Boudoir makeovers in the studio. In accordance with our philosophy we are keeping the initial price down and guarantee our customers that there will be no hard sell when it comes to the viewing. So we are offering these photoshoots initially for a price of £75 (instead of the usual £150) including professional hair and makeup by the amazing Nicola Minshull and a 7″x5″ unframed print. Clients will be given the opportunity to buy further images at a reasonable price. The intention is that if you wish you can buy them as a gift for a husband or partner for Valentines Day or just keep them for yourself!
The photoshoot will take place in the studio with appropriate “boudoir” backdrops and props. The photoshoot will be private and you will be the only client there at the time – we do not operate a “conveyor belt” of clients going from set to set. The photoshoot is carried out by Jo, a female photographer. Hair and makeup takes around 50 minutes and the photoshoot takes approximately one hour. The photoshoot will focus completely on you and how to make you feel as relaxed, beautiful and sexy as possible! You are welcome to bring your own lingerie, shoes, jewellery, hats or other items that you would like to include in your images. We suggest that you bring at least two outfits. You can be as covered or as uncovered as you wish and you only need to bare as much as you dare!

Given that yesteday’s “Shoot of the Week” was a shoot from a couple of weeks ago I have added an extra one in today, that was actually photographed, edited and viewed today! Shoot of the Week!
This was a very girly photoshoot for a little two year old girl from Bollington! There was lot’s of tutus, sparkly things and rose petals – and of course a Christmas Stocking full of marshmallows from our Christmas Tree to take home after the event. We still have spaces if you would like to book in a photoshoot for your child before Christmas or between Christmas and New Year! Also we are now taking bookings for January and February 2012!

A reminder – when you come to collect your items today give us a ring first and we will bring them to your car so you don’t have to get your baby out! This is especially useful when the weather is bad or your baby is getting too heavy to carry comfortably in their carseat! However, we are happy to do it because it saves you time and makes your life easier!
Treat a New Mum to a Dream Makeover Session…
Sometimes as a new mum you can feel a bit frazzled – a bit freyed around the edges. Sometimes you just need a bit of pampering and time for youself. At Jo Belfield -Photography we know the power of a makeover, that it can give you a tremendous psychological lift and put a spring into your step. So even if you just wat a bit of pampering or that little bit of a confidence boost and reassurance that even with the sleepless nights and the ups and downs of looking after a new baby you are still you! So we have put together a package that allows a new mum to treat herself – or be treated to – a photographic studio session just for her with full professional hair and makeup. The session lats for two hours in total (one hour for hair and one hour for photography) and although the main idea of this is some “time out” for mum we are happy to work around baby feeds and babies if that is required or even schedule a family photoshoot straight after if that is what you wish to do.
